INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cubes of deseeded pear
- 4 cups chopped spinach (palak)
- 2 cups of beetroot cubes
- 1 cup of ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add deseeded pear, Spinach and beetroots in a blender or juicer and blend it for 20 to 25 seconds.
- Then open the lid of the blender and put ice and close the lid and again blend it for 10 to 15 seconds.
