Here is a quick recipe of juice this will boost your immune system so let's make spinach and beetroot and pear juice 

INGREDIENTS 
  • 2 cups cubes of deseeded pear
  • 4 cups chopped spinach  (palak)
  • 2 cups of beetroot cubes 
  • 1 cup of ice 

INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Add deseeded pear, Spinach and beetroots in a blender or juicer and blend it for 20 to 25 seconds. 
  • Then open the lid of the blender and put ice and close the lid and again blend it for 10 to 15 seconds.
  • They pour it in a glass and garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy. 
Tips: don't peel the pear and don't you milk in this juice.
