Cocktail 

A Cocktail is a mixed drink typically made with alcohol, a distilled liquor. Such as (arrach, brandy, cachaca, gin, rum tequila, vodka or whiskey).
When we refer to any generic alcoholic mixed drink, a cocktail may mean any beverage that contains two or more ingredients if all least one of those ingredients contains alcohol. 
Cocktail varies in taste, colour & texture like no other beverage.

Here is cocktail 
"WHITE LADY"
A simple staple that every gin lover should have in cocktail making the white lady.
Classic cocktail Well balanced and refreshing all-time favourite cocktail has the strength of a martini so enjoy a cocktail. 

Prep - 5 mins            Total - 5 mins

INGREDIENTS 

  • Gin - 50 ml
  • Triple sec - 25 ml
  • Lemon juice - 25 ml
  • Egg white - ½(optional)
  • Sugar syrup - 2 tsp
  • Ice - 4tsp 
  • Lemon zest twists to serve 

DIRECTIONS 

  • Add gin, Triple sec, Lemon juice,  sugar syrup, egg white (if using) and ice in the shaker.
  •  
  • Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold then strain the mixture, discard the ice.

  • Then add the drink to the shaker and shaker again until the egg white gets frothy.

  • Pour into a coupe glass, garnish with lemon zest to serve.
