 INGREDIENTS 
  • ⅓ cup blackberries
  • ⅓ cup ice
  • 1-ounce lemon juice 
  • ¼ tbsp raw honey 
  • 1 can soda water or ginger ale 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Add Blackberries, lemon juice, vanilla extract and honey with a splash of soda water or ginger ale in a shaker and shake it for 2 minutes.
  • Pour through a strainer into your glass filled with ice.
  • Fill the remaining glass with soda water or ginger ale.
  • Garnish with Blackberries and lemon wedge and enjoy.
