INGREDIENTS
- ⅓ cup blackberries
- ⅓ cup ice
- 1-ounce lemon juice
- ¼ tbsp raw honey
- 1 can soda water or ginger ale
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add Blackberries, lemon juice, vanilla extract and honey with a splash of soda water or ginger ale in a shaker and shake it for 2 minutes.
- Pour through a strainer into your glass filled with ice.
- Fill the remaining glass with soda water or ginger ale.
- Garnish with Blackberries and lemon wedge and enjoy.
