Ingredients
· 1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
· 1 cup Spinach

1 Tablespoon Chia or
Flaxseeds optional
· 1/2 cup Pineapple
·
1 cup Strawberries
·
1 Banana
·
2 cups Orange Juice
· Ice
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of spinach & yoghurt into the blender.
- Add pineapple, strawberries & banana blend together
until all chunks get smooth.
- Add ice and blend again
until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with strawberries and pineapple slice and put
straw and enjoy.
