Ingredients

·   1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt

·   1 cup Spinach 

·   1 Tablespoon Chia or Flaxseeds optional

·   1/2 cup Pineapple

·   1 cup Strawberries

·   1 Banana

·   2 cups Orange Juice

·   Ice

 Instructions

  •          Add 1 cup of spinach & yoghurt into the blender.
  •      Add pineapple, strawberries & banana blend together until all chunks get smooth.
  •      Add ice and blend again until smooth.
  •      Pour into a glass.
  •      Garnish with strawberries and pineapple slice and put straw and enjoy.


  • Use frozen fruit to chill your smoothie, avoid ice cubes for a smoothie.
  • Add more leafy vegetables to increase nutritional benefits.
