Here I have brought a quick change in your life, healthy & tasty, smoothies easy to make with fewer ingredients and time. This smoothie is an immunity-boosting drink as it prevents dehydration. About 70% of our body is water. Having smoothies is a great way to replenish the loss of water in your body during summer. Smoothies are filled with nutrients and flavour. It supplies liquid food benefits for our body, smoothies are the liquid food for better digestion and detoxifies the body. Foods like garlic, papaya, and beetroot help to clean your blood and get rid of several toxins that accumulate in your body tissues. Having smoothies along with breakfast is a great way.

Ingredient
• 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk.
• 2 cups fresh & green spinach
• 1 cup mango
• 1 cup pineapple
• 2 bananas
Instructions
• Add 2 cups of leafy green spinach in a
measuring cup then toss into a blender.
• Add unsweetened almond milk and blend together until all leafy chunks get smooth.
• Add mango, bananas and pineapple and blend again until smooth.
• Pour into a glass.
• Garnish with a mint leaf and lemon slice and put straw and enjoy.
• If you are drinking a green smoothie. I will suggest using spinach for the best flavour and texture. 2 cups of spinach equals 85 g.
• My best fruit combination is ½ cup frozen mango and ½ cup frozen pineapple My
Suggestions; strawberries, grapes, raspberries, apple, oranges, etc.
• Use frozen fruit to chill your smoothie, avoid ice cubes for smoothies.
