                                                            "Black Russian" 
Black Russian is a cocktail made with coffee liqueur, vodka and cream served with ice half of vodka and coffee liqueur and half of milk and cream.

Basically, it contains one part of coffee liqueur and two parts of vodka. This cocktail is created by Bartender Gustave .tops at the hotel metropole in Brussels in the 1940s.

Float fresh cream on top and stir slowly,  I have tried this drink with flavoured vodka you can use nice fruity vodka in it and also add a scoop of coffee flavoured ice cream in this drink, this cocktail contains a fairly strong cocktail.

INGREDIENTS 
  • 1⅔ OZ (5 parts) vodka 
  • 1 oz (3 parts) fresh cream 
  • ⅔ Oz  (2 parts) coffee liqueur 

INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Pour coffee liqueur & vodka into a rock glass filled with ice 
  • Serve in glass rock and enjoy.
