 " Cold Lemon Tea "

 'Cold Lemon Tea

INGREDIENTS 
  • 1  big lemon.
  • 8 cups  Coldwater.
  • Mint leaves.

INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Wash and slice the lemon.
  • Add sliced lemon to the jar, use a wooden spoon to mash then release the juice.
  • Add Coldwater.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 
  • Serve in a teacup or a jar.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.

INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Add honey and lemon juice into a cup, mug or jar.
  • Add hot water and stir it.
  • Garnish with Cinnamon stick and lemon slice and enjoy. 

TIPS: Don't  use more honey or additional sugar  to it for health benefits

  • Power the boiling water on it and stir it to infuse some fresh mint leaves.
  • Power simmering water in a teacup.
