INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 English cucumber halved and thinly sliced
- 2 cups sparkling water chilled
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the lime zest, sugar and water in a pan on medium heat bring to a boil stirring constantly until the sugar dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in mine while.
- Strain the lime syrup through a sieve combine the syrup and lime juice.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Ready to sever add ice in a glass then add syrup and sparkling water on it.
- Garnish with a slice of Cucumber on top and enjoy the drink.
